You think your way through everything.

Let's work from
the inside out.

Online across California.

In-person in Sacramento.

Anxiety, trauma, OCD,

and major life transitions.

You’ve done the reading, the thinking, the coping.

But something’s still stuck.

Most of my clients are used to managing internally—capable, reflective, often seen as the ‘rock’.

But beneath that stability is often something else:

  • intrusive or looping thoughts

  • a nervous system that never fully powers down

  • past experiences that still shape how you show up

Whether it’s anxiety that won’t let go, trauma that never got fully processed, or obsessive thinking that hijacks your attention—I help people untangle these layers in a way that’s structured, respectful, and effective.

Tools + Traction, not just talk.

Therapy that helps you track patterns, process painful experiences, and build something new.

I use a blend of evidence-based methods and human-level attunement. That means we work with what’s happening cognitively and somatically—so changes aren’t just intellectual, but embodied and durable.

Some of the tools I use include:

  • EMDR for trauma, attachment wounds, and emotionally charged memories

  • Talk therapy for pattern awareness, emotional insight, and meaning-making

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) for building flexibility and moving towards what matters

  • ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) for OCD and intrusive thoughts

Sessions are focused, practical, and responsive to what's unfolding.

We track your progress, name what’s working, and adjust when needed.

Underwater

I work best with clients who are ready to move beneath the surface.

Common reasons people reach out:

  • Major life transitions—career shifts, parenthood, relationships, or “is this it?” moments

  • Anxiety that shows up as overthinking, control-seeking, or internal pressure

  • Insight-seeking adults who want clarity and growth without fluff

  • OCD, especially around recurring fears, perfectionism, and thought spirals

  • Trauma, including emotional neglect, relational wounds, or single-incident events

If any of that resonates, you're in the right place.

Therapy that doesn't drift.

Its grounded, focused, and tailored to you.

We start with a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit.

If we move forward:

  • We clarify what’s happening for you now

  • We map your goals—whether that’s symptom relief, deeper healing, or both

  • We build a rhythm that supports change (weekly or biweekly sessions, online or in-person)

We’ll work to make sense of your experience and build the capacity to move through it—calmer, clearer, and more aligned with who you are.

Ready when you are.
